Sheets
Upon request, we are pleased to provide product samples and/or spec sheets for all items we carry.
Order
Placement
Orders will be accepted by
telephone, fax, mail, or email. Please
call our toll-free number, (800) 944-0687, fax your orders to (319) 454-9049,
or contact us via e-mail at natcath@netins.net. Please include your name, telephone number,
shipping address (if different from invoice address), return fax number and
e-mail address on all fax, mail-in or e-mail orders.
Order Terms
First orders for new customers must be prepaid or shipped COD. We will extend credit terms of 15 days to approved accounts. Special arrangements must be made in advance for 30-day terms. No shipments will be made to an account in past due status until full payment is received.
Shipping
Wholesale orders will be shipped UPS unless otherwise requested. Shipping charges will be added to each invoice. To provide our quality guarantee, orders for fresh products will be shipped UPS Next Day Air.
Satisfaction Guaranteed
If you are not satisfied with any product received, please feel free to return it for full credit or replacement.
Disclaimer
Our
products are sold in bulk for further manufacturing purposes only. They have
not been evaluated by The Food and Drug Administration and are not meant to
treat, diagnose, prevent or cure disease. We suggest that you evaluate the
product on a laboratory scale prior to use in a finished product.
Prices
Wholesale prices are listed in our catalog for 1-24 pounds and 25-100 pound quantities. Prices are per pound, and subject to change without prior notice. Quantity discounts are available for orders 100 pounds and over; please call for price quotes on large amounts.
Fresh Products
Fresh products are shipped in season: please inquire for prices and availability of products we are able to supply in fresh form.
Special Orders
Special orders for items not listed require a 25 pound minimum – please call for quotes. No returns will be accepted on special order items.
